I went in for an appointment I had made a wk in advance. When Made the appointment I gave them style numbers so they knew what two dresses I wanted to try on and when I got there they no clue what the dresses were. 20 mins later they still hadn't found them. It was so awful we ended up leaving.
Today was the first day I started shopping for my bridal gown. I had no idea that appointments were necessary, but the girls at "I DO" squeezed myself, 8 bridesmaid, and 2 moms in for a very nice "say yes to the dress" moment! This place is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone!
My daugther had an appt this afternoon to look at wedding dresses. Her first consultant had to attend to someone else, so she was assigned a second one. This young lady was very unprofessional in the way my daugther was treated. She tried on about 3 dresses and then was told by your employee that there was no need for her to try on the other dresses, because they were not her size and they would not zip up. I made an appointment at 9:30am and was there five minutes early, only to get blown off for a party fitting for tuxes who had an appointment at 10am. The owner completely ignored me and the girl who finally helped me 20 minutes later was very unprofessional. An employee who came when I was leaving helped me out more than anyone else and was very knowledgeable.. It was a very big disappointment.
I bought my wedding dress, bridesmaids, tuxedos and bought a planning package there and my wedding was a huge success! Amazing and experienced staff was wonderful and very helpful all along the way. Best bridal shop in town by far.
