I Do screwed my best friend out of her wedding dress after it had been ordered 6 months prior! They didn't communicate with her at all, and she learned she wouldn't be getting her dress or a refund through an Instagram post announcing their store closing. She tried to get more information but no one was answering the phones, and there was no way to talk to anyone in person in the store due to "private appointments" the entire day. I ordered my dress October of last year to get ahead of everything and order it a full year before my wedding. We are now 3 months out from my wedding. I have checked with them on my dress multiple times and each time was told a time frame and then would never hear anything. The last time I checked was two weeks ago to be told it would be here in two weeks..right at that two week mark the store is closing. I have no idea what is to come and even if I will get my dress or if it was ever ordered

RUN! DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. All this store gave us was stress, stress, and more stress. Ordered a total of 4 dresses from here and both bridal and party came in 6 months late and 1 month before the wedding. Management and staff was extremely rude and continuously lied to us when we attempted for an update.

Had a great experience picking out the dress. Even paid extra up front to have them order it immediately. Well the last check cleared and all of a sudden we can’t contact them. Finally get a message the dress shipped from the manufacturer right about the 7 month mark. They promised it between 8 and 10 months so no problem. I’d give them negative stars if I could. The wrong dress size was ordered, and we had to sit on pins and needles hoping they ordered the right dress second time around. Luckily they did, but it didn’t come in till the month before my wedding. The staff here don't seem to know how to communicate well, especially the owner. The multiple times I asked for a call from her, she never called. She promised she’d be in the store for my alterations and would personally schedule them….she never did.
