I scheduled an appointment to get a re-twist as well as some other services which was confirmed by the business two days in advance. I showed up at 10:20 for a 1030 appointment and sat until a little after 11 AM before finally leaving. I was finally texted around 7 PM with a slight apology and a message to see if I could reschedule for the next day.
