Went the extra mile and answered all my questions to make sure I got the information I needed without any pressure to actually make a purchase. When I was ready to purchase they provided recommendations based on my stated needs and not the most expensive. They even stayed late to complete my transaction and make sure I was safely on my way when done. I couldn't be happier with my choice and the service they provided. Both were exactly what I needed!
Great place, staff was super friendly and helpful. I’m a novice with a tow dolly and they were very patient and made sure I was safe before leaving. Great buying experience.
They got me the exact single axle heavy duty dump trailer that I was looking for. They handled all of the paperwork, license plate, registration, taxes, etc. This was nice because I did not have to deal with the DMV. They covered all the bases and it was very convenient! I would recommend I-Deal trailers.
The staff at I-Deal trailers did a great job Josh my salesman was very helpful and was able to price match a car tilt trailer with one of the local competitors and the delivery was smooth all title work and financing was taken care of on site and Josh and the owner were very helpful.
