There are no words to explain the professionalism this company has for their customers. From my first call untill i picked up my trailer they acted like they worked for me, i felt like i was their priority. I drove by this trailer shop on my way to Leonard's and observed a very good selection from the road. Both shops are close to one another on Capital Blvd. I went to Leonard's first because I had already bought a trailer from them a few years ago and was familiar with their products. I recently purchased a dump trailer from here and the experience from start to finish was spectacular. I told them what I was wanting and they walked me through the options without trying to upsell anything. I got the perfect trailer for my needs and they walked me through all the features and how to use it multiple times. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a trailer of any size. We have been in the market for a trailer for sometime when my husband ran across something on Facebook for I-Deal trailers. We had already shopped around several places and were unable to find what we were looking for, for the price we wanted. We took the hour drive last Saturday to check out I-Deal.
