Called about a vehicle they had for sale, and they informed me they would hold it for 24 hours, even without a deposit. I told them we would be there at 5:15, which is the earliest we could get there but only 45 minutes before close. We arrived on time, but with the test drive (including 2 kids under 5), it took longer than we anticipated. Both salesmen were very understanding, and had no issues staying 30 min past closing. Great customer service, good price.

Super disappointed. After reviewing lots of positive reviews we decided to make the drive 1hr drive to check out a car we were interested in. Fully prepared to purchase that night. Upon arrival the salesmen who didn’t give his name, let us know that we needed to quickly take the car for a test drive because they closed at 6 and he intended to leave at that time.
