I recently visited this ENT office and overall, the facility itself was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse was a bit disappointing—she seemed rushed and made me feel like I was somewhat of an inconvenience, which took away from the overall comfort of the visit.
