Over the years I've purchased furniture from Room Concepts a number of times. What I like about their offerings is that there are a LOT of opportunities for customization and, for those of us with homes on the smaller side, furniture that can fit comfortably within smaller spaces. Most of all, I recommend Room Concepts for their exceptional customer service. It can't be beat!
i’ve now purchased 5 end tables and a coffee table from room concepts. not only is the staff knowledgeable but they are patient with when you’re unsure of what you’re looking for. they give good advice and guidance. the know their lead times and deliver as promised. i had a very good experience with them.
Wayne helped me select and order a new kitchen dining table and chairs, sofa, and chairs for my kitchen island. All arrived in perfect condition. One of the best things that Wayne helped me with was advising me to be patient and wait for the manufacturers time period when they offer discounts! So glad I did! He placed the order for me when I was actually out of town on a trip. I will be shopping again at Room Concepts!
Excellent company to deal with. Very professional and the delivery crew was respectful and courteous.
Nathan at Room Concept was great to work with. He explained completely the process of custom build of our sofa from Smith Bros. Explained the differences in leathers, and all the options available in designing our new sofa. He also informed us of the warrantee that comes with the Smith Bros. product. Will be returning there when we are ready to purchase our next pieces of furniture.
