Our roof was damaged in the 2020 derecho that hit Cedar Rapids Everyone was looking for contractors and repairs, and we had no idea who to contact. They sent 2 young men who argued with the adjuster. When the claim was returned from the insurance, they did not advocate for us with the insurance company, they said the job was not worth their time, and did not help us at all. They were a complete waste of time.

Tailed me all the way down Edgewood today. Almost drive me off the road. This was my first driving again after surgery. Boo guy in white truck.

We had I-Claims fix our Roof after the storms last year. We paid them and then found that our 3 season roof leaked like a sieve. When we called and told them that the roof was leaking they told us they couldn't do anything until the snow melted. After the snow melted I called several times and they still didn't respond. After a month, they finally called back and said someone would come out and look. The foreman who came out said the job had been done wrong and that they would fix it.
