I brought my 5th grader to I Choose Change Counseling Center and it has been so helpful for her. Amanda is awesome- great communication and offering things at can do to help our child feel more heard. We our really grateful for this place- it was recommended by our counselor at school.

Amanda Myers was so helpful with getting my son the right help he needed. She truly wants what is best for your child and will help you get them there. He was very shy and was hard to open up and she was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She ultimately referred us to a group setting after she did the initial work with my son. I appreciated this so much because I knew he was getting a lot out of the sessions with her when she felt like he could use more she wanted that for us more than our business. my experience here was abysmal. My counselor was extremely disrespectful and constantly talked about other people she was seeing and it made me so uncomfortable. I would never go to this place ever again. Big mistake.

I went here and then they didnt apply my insurance AND THEN SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. They completely destroyed my credit score!!!

I highly recommend Amanda Myers at I Choose Change. She worked with our oldest child first and I sought her expertise with our youngest child, too. She is highly skilled and professional. She knows the right approach for each individual child. She provides practical resources for parents to continue the work at home.
