I've been taking my parents here since they opened in 2022. What my parents like about this place is that it has fair pricing and they often run promotions which make their services even more compelling. Not just that, but I Care has staff that speak both Hmong and English so they make it easy to communicate with not just my parents but the elderly that stop in. Bad business.. i asked RN for a copy of my medical records for insurance reimbursement. She stated no problem. They can give you a copy at front desk. Front desk said No. These are my medical records and they are denying me access to my records 😤 I go to many companies and they have no problem giving me a copy of my records so I can get reimbursed by insurance. Very frustrating experience. Also told me he would talk with doctor tomorrow. I asked when the doctor would be in so I could talk. He said I don't know his schedule.... read more
