I have been taking my son here since he was in 3rd grade never had an issue til this year. He broke his glasses they told us a couple days and they would be back. Well a week later and they still not here. I won't be coming back.don't tell your customers something and then tell them different.
I've been a patient for many years. Yesterday, I brought in my elderly mother's broken glasses to get frames for them. My mother had to stay in the car, as she had recently broke her hip. The crew came to the car to do the adjustments and fittings for her. My mother is not a patient of theirs so this added service and care was all them.
Big shout to the I care staff for getting us in as emergency patient you guys are great
