Can't believe Vladimir Stovbyr was hired by I Care Optical. Don't you guys do background checks? Dr. Stovbyr leaked confidential financial corporate documents at a HUD corporation he once represented. My review is to warn any patient of Dr. Vladimir Stovbyr: Be careful and weary about providing your confidential personal information like your SSN to Vladimir Stovbyr.

This was my second appointment at I Care Optical. I had a terrible experience both times and here's why; the first time I went to pick up my glasses the bifocal measurement was way off so I had to wait an additional week and a half to get them fixed, an entire month I had to wait. The second time the same thing occurred and again I have to wait, having already waited two weeks, and to top it all off the young lady helping me had the nerve to ask me "how bad do you need them?"
