Young woman name Ashley Frame lied to me and my family members to my face twice here and I will never believe their stuff. Beware. Do not trust this place with your family or friends. Their administrator say whatever they need to in order to cover themselves and do not care about health and the well-being of others.
My brother and I spoke to an administrator at Westside Care Center named Ashley F. She ensured us that she was handling everything and she did not. I do not understand why they hired such an incompetent person in this position. Get someone who is professional and knows what they are doing, rather than pretends that they do and just says whatever they need to for a paycheck. Get better employees!
This place is terrible it looks run down and it needs to be shut down I had a job interview for a job that I need I am a full time student this place does not offer any flexibility for these MINIMUM WAGE positions you are looking to start unfortunately I couldn’t move forward with my application and I had to drive a hour through traffic just to have my time wasted is disgusting I am in school currently and my schedule is not flexible at all and they offer no accommodations this place is terrible please shut them down immedia... read more
As a former employee, at the East Windsor location, I can tell you that there was a lot of drama, especially between a LPN and other CNAs. The LPN was acting unprofessional and spreading rumors, especially about me. One time, she got too close to me in front of a patient I was taking care of. I politely asked her to move away, but she got really serious and accused me of insulting her by saying "excuse me." She even confronted me in front of two patients and the whole facility! On a medical stand point, this place is very unprofessional! They send patient to their appointments without medication lists or any form of documents which takes up the provider's time, the patient's time as well as causing the provider to run behind schedule. It is also not easy to get live person to speak to! You are transferred multiple times before getting to the right department.
