They stepped up. They made sure that my warranty was actually true. They fixed my glasses. They temporarily fixed them and made them perfect to last until my new glass frames and lenses were in. Amy went above and beyond and Dr Kattan made things happen!!!! They treat you like family and always help.
Dr Kattan is our long-time family Optometrist. He and his staff, Corina, Lauren, Char, Hannah and Amy are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Thank you for providing caring service, quality vision products, frames & lenses, and consistent positive customer experience! Would highly recommend!!
