I had an appointment scheduled and an emergency came up with my 93 year old father and I couldn’t make my appointment. They were completely unsympathetic and insisted on charging me $40 even though I have been a years long client and never missed an appointment and even referred friends. Never going back! There are PLENTY of great eye doctors in and near Laurel and THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE IN GENERAL AND NOT THE WAY TO TREAT HOOD CLIENTS
My entire family has been patients at this clinic for 23 years and we haven't changed because we're already used to our doctor. We feel very good here. I recommend it.
I moved to Laurel in 2021, and unfortunately, the quality of service at this location has declined since then. My recent eye exam felt rushed and lacked the thoroughness I expected. Additionally, I arrived to pick up my glasses before the posted closing time of 5 PM, only to find the lights off and the doors locked. This lack of consistency and reliability has been disappointing.
The worker named “ Elijah M “ is really rude and unprofessional and his behavior is disgusting the couple times that I’ve been there he has tried to flirt with me and other customers definitely will be switching to a new eye doctor because there workers are all over the place
