Have always loved this business. All the staff have been helpful. I recommend them to all my friends and family. They make finding glasses simple and ensure my eyes are healthy. They’re always able to work with what I need.

Very unreliable! They kept canceling my kids appointments, stating the doctor isn’t around for 3 times in a roll for a particular appointment. They kept moving the date forward until I asked them not to bother again. I will now have to look around for another practice.
I had an appointment scheduled and an emergency came up with my 93 year old father and I couldn’t make my appointment. They were completely unsympathetic and insisted on charging me $40 even though I have been a years long client and never missed an appointment and even referred friends. Never going back! There are PLENTY of great eye doctors in and near Laurel and THAT IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE IN GENERAL AND NOT THE WAY TO TREAT HOOD CLIENTS
