They need to switch the receptionist or whoever is answering the phone. She sounds rude and not friendly
I don’t know who they are letting answer the phones, but she is very unprofessional and can’t communicate at all.
The actual optometry appointment was smooth and I thought everyone was very friendly. However, when I asked to get my pupilary distance (PD), they refused because I wasn't buying glasses from them. They told me to go to Warby Parker to get it done, which was frustrating considering how essential of a measurement it is for ordering glasses.
