not good customer service at all----oriental physician that i could not understand--the two spanish ladies talked in spanish to each other all the time and didnt seem to care about customer--just a hurry up job to get you in and out
The staff here is very rude and have very poor customer service skills. When I called to get the status of my glassesthat were past due, I was told Id be called back. A few days passed with no update so I called them back again. I was told Id have to wait until Monday for an update. When I told her that I was not happy because they have had plenty of time to have an update for me, I was told they have been busy. The ladies at the front desk were rudeonthe phone and in person.
