We are very disappointed with I Buy. We had a contract signed to buy our home. A few days before closing they reneged on the price we had agreed upon. We eventually gave up on them and went a different route.

I have dealt with John Goodrich on quite a few occasions and can highly recommend his cash house buying services. He operates in Chicago IL and knows the area inside out! If it is a house you are trying to sell, or land, mixed unit or a multifamily building, him and his team are worthy of a call.
