I had such a wonderful experience at the nail salon today. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff greeted me with a smile and offered me a seat right away. The salon was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a calming vibe with soft music in the background. My nail technician Ibeth was incredibly professional and attentive. I found I Bela about 9 months ago after moving to Durham and experiencing another salon that I didn’t like. The owner, Isabel, does my SNS (dip) nails every 3 weeks. She is excellent and meticulous (I am picky!) and very sweet. I love that I can book online and never have to wait more than a few minutes. I’ve also had pedicures with Maria and Giselle and they’re great. Everyone is very friendly, and I highly recommend this salon.
This salon changed hands a few years back and was so awful I didn't go back for a long while. I'm not sure if it had changed hands again, but the current management & staff are all very friendly and are all good technicians. It is good to be able to go there again as it is very convenient and also Great to get consistently good service again! :-) Also, my grand-daughter loved the jelly pedicure. They were so good with her! Aug 2025.
I've been to this nail salon twice now, and I love it! Everyone is super friendly, and they do an amazing job. The first time I went, my nails lasted a whole month and still looked great when I went back because my nails had grown out. What I really love is that they nail the designs exactly like the pictures I show them. I've never been to a place that gets it so perfect. Highly recommend this salon if you want your nails to look amazing!
10/10 experience from the moment I walked in greeted with such hospitality!
