I B Fitness is the best gym in south bay I B Fitness, I would total;y recommend. This isnt a high end gym, everybody goes there to work out and it small enough to have the family atmosphere. They have wonderful classes, muscle pump, spin , core and also have classes for senior. They sell delicious protein shakes, i love the Berry shake
