They did my roof as an insurance repair about 6 months ago. The sales person overestimated what the insurance would pay and I unfortunately paid several thousands out of my pocket, beyond my deductible. The work took several days and I believe was good work, but they left debris in my yard. I sent an email to the owner and offered to share more about my experience including debris situation. He never replied with interest in receiving my feedback..
Not a customer, but I live in the neighborhood where I AM Roofing is working. I noticed one of their reps leave the job site and as he turned down another road he stopped to pick up some roofing paper the wind had blown from their site. Integrity will get you noticed every time. Most would have kept driving but he didn’t. Great job Mr. Rep.
Peyton came out and gave me a fair and honest assessment on the issue I was having with my roof. The receptionist who took my original call was also very helpful. Will definitely be contacting them again if the need arises!
We had the coating applied last week and now my older roof looks brand new! The crew was very professional and kept me posted on the progress. I really recommend them!
