Stef is the kind of therapist and coach you go to when you're serious about changing your life. Her no BS approach will hold you accountable to your own growth and healing. She does a terrific job at creating a safe and intimate space for her clients to be vulnerable and I have fully trusted her to walk me through some of the most challenging phases of life. I highly recommend Stef and refer people to her all the time.
It’s never been my experience that life is easy, however, since working with Stef, I find the experiences that come with life to be manageable and easier to find joy somewhere in the experience. Originally, I went through the master class with Stef and then eventually signed up for 1 on 1 mentoring. I have come so far and I give credit to Stef and her techniques/trainings credit for giving me the tools! The only downfall is I wish I could work with her more often! Keep up the good work, Stef! We all need you!
Stef has helped me in more ways than she will ever know. She listens, explains, understands, and makes you feel so comfortable with discussing any topic. She has been so helpful to me and I am greatful I found her. 5 stars is not enough to describe her and all that she has done for me and I'm sure so many others.
