I go here usually for retwists, two strands, wash, and Ms.Ty and Thomas (owner) are the best! The customer service is amazing, and I always leave satisfied with the services done for my locks. Definitely made it a place to go to as a regular and I’m not regretting it one bit.
Had the WORST EXPERIENCE! So she couldn’t take out my dreadlocks and left me half way done saying that they had booked another client @3pm. I waited for my husband to come and get me I’ve been seated at the reception area for half an hour now and apparently there’s no client who walked in.very Unprofessional! Don’t recommend at all

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this location recently. I had booked an appointment for a desperately needed hair session weeks in advance, taking time off work and juggling childcare during a heat wave, only to arrive and find out they had double booked my slot.
