With the address given on Google maps, different than the one on their website, which is different than the one I got when I had them text it to me I'm convinced the "new" Tacoma location does not actually exist. Went somewhere else.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this location recently. I had booked an appointment for a desperately needed hair session weeks in advance, taking time off work and juggling childcare during a heat wave, only to arrive and find out they had double booked my slot. The drive from Olympia was already stressful, compounded by heavy traffic due to the weather. When I arrived, the receptionist seemed indifferent and didn't offer any solutions beyond a weak apology. I only come here to get my hair done and I’m late the first time and they want to cancel my appointment I live 3 hours away. Goofy
