Just finished my service at I95 TOYOTA. My service adviser was Julia Phillips. The experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this dealership. I am very satisfied.
A little steep for the same service completed at a Lexus dealership 6 months earlier. I did not like the strong fragrance they ran through my AC system. It reminded me of cheap car wash 🌲 deodorizers or the smell of those urinal deodorizers. After the service, the dealership sent me a link to print my invoice, however when I click the link, I get an error message that it's not available. First-time customer. I received excellent customer service from the time I arrived until the time I left. The service advisor was outstanding and got me in and out very quickly. The waiting area is super nice and clean. Plenty of room to work while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. I would definitely recommend. Five stars.
