Great location and super friendly staff. The rates are comparable and even lower than competitors. If you look in the paper and see an ad, they will give you \$10 off of your first months rent.
I-81 Storage is one of the most rudest and unprofessional business I have ever encountered on the telephone. They advertise on their website "Call and make your reservation". So I called to make a reservation. The lady said that they do not take reservations. When I told her about what it said on their website, she basically said "so what"! I then asked to speak with the owner. A man soon got on the phone, screamed at me and hung up. Very unprofessional. Clean buildings, with a nice enough manager. The rates were great, but have went up with the economy.
