I cannot say enough good things about CubeSmart Self Storage in Arnold, Missouri. Dana was very helpful in assisting me. She was great at explaining everything and showing me where the storage units were.
The gentleman at the front office was very polite and very helpful
Although getting in with them is easy, they will take away your promotional pricing after so long and tell you 'thats what yoy signed up for'. Thats not how that works. You gave me a price that i signed up with, then just say, 'oh yea, it ended. now you owe us more.' Thats a scam ultimately. I am currently dealing with being told that my rate increase of 18$ is just, 'how that works when it ends.. (without notice)'.
