9 August 2025: Wanted to add to this review to again thank Ms. Ellis and I-55 Self Storage for the helpful and caring assistance rendered to us! Deeply appreciated! 5 May 2025: 5 Stars isn't sufficient to thank the administrator/manager of this storage location! Ms. Ellis went above and beyond assisting me with intake, and offered to assist with my wife's needs due to her disability, accommodating her accessibility with her wheelchair. Love the stuff at I-55 self storage
Cecília the manager is so professional and courteous. I appreciate her showing me the available units at the end of her work day. The facility is vast, clean, climate controlled. This is a big plus! I’m glad that a bad circumstance caused change, the plus side is having a safe place to store my things and I met a highly respectful Cecilia. Thank you for making me feel welcome and for going the extra mile. I trust that there is a lot of great things in store for you!
Manager took my age into consideration when selecting the unit rented. Close to exit door and handicap ramp available. Very thoughtful and clearly explained terms and conditions.
