I’m stuck out here in the rain. I’ve got my truck, our van, and a car. The building (not my unit) IS LOCKED! We’ve called and called the number we were told was the managers cell. The place was supposed to be open til 10pm every day. And I’m not talking about the entrance outside the gate. This has never happened to me in any storage I’ve rented before.
RecommendedI rented storage here and the guy in the office was great! He was able to answer all my question confidently and professionally! 5 stars!
it's okay but (a) my unit is in an area that requires me to back up b/c they have cars blocking the gate so I can't drive straight through (b) my stuff is damp and (c) too many bugs inside...I have paying for another until that is dryer, less bugs, and easy access in an out...for the price, it was okay but don't think i'll re-rent again since i'm moving out.
