I went into this thinking I would never be approved. Nothing only because of where I’ve come from but my credit ! Needless to say I contacted Casey M over there and he was so helpful knowledgeable and FAIR I knew I was any getting ripped off ! I got beyound amazing deal and I couldn’t be happier with my new used car that is going to last my family for years to come ! Thank you Casey for all your help and helping getting me started !
Really snarky attitude from the finance manager Justin when we didn’t text him back in what he thought was a timely manner. This is after we tried calling him at the dealer at 2pm ok n a Thursday to find out he’d already left for the day.
Justin is very unprofessional. Sent a text saying I was approved and he would send options, never sent anything. Sent a text a day later asking for updates, no response. A couple days later he sends me a text "saying I haven't heard from you in a while so I'm closing your approval". I've dried texting and calling and no response.
Most unprofessional Finance Manager and team. Told me they'd send me an application for my spouse and they'd work on loan 3 days later I was supposed to follow up even though communication clearly stated he would contact us. They don't care about getting you credit as he stated he doesn't make a habit of tracking people down to get an auto loan. Obviously doesn't make a habit of following through with his word either.
I know my words may sound overdone, as if I am gaining a commission from writing them. I am not, I did the opposite and bought my first car in ten years from this dealership. Why here? They went above and beyond what any other dealer did and sold a great car at a price I could afford. Jakob Lutman, Sales Pro, even went far, far out of his way with a promise few make.
