I have been coming to this gym since the old Village Fitness days. The staff and owners are great! The gym is exactly what I want from a gym. Great equipment, great environment, great people, great atmosphere and not a commercial gym with all the gimmicks. They have weightlifting competitions here all the time. So, you know they have the equipment needed to train and become a better version of yourself. I-4 fit in Longwood is the best place to go and get fit and get into shape and stuff like that I need to get a membership and get a personal trainer but I just can't afford one right now but if y'all can give me a good rate I'll be awesome thank you

I was in town for a work trip. Needed a real gym that had powerlifting equipment. Best one in the area. It was only $10 for a day pass. Neatly organized and clean. They had a ton of different bars and calibrated plates and deadlift platforms. Not as big as other places in Orlando but a “real gym”
