I am a Certified Personal Trainer who trains my clientele at I-4Fit Gym- and ‘used to’ own a neighboring gym (Fitness Xperts Gym). I called on I-4Fit Gym to bring my Membership and Trainers to when I closed my gym in March, 2025. I Absolutely LOVE the family environment that the owner, Mike, has created. That old school gym vibe. Great owners, lots of parking, and offer workout classes and nutrition guidance. Great spot here in Longwood
