Great place and people!! Robin was super helpful! Greatly recommended!!
My first experience with them would have been 5 stars all the way around but my second experience was frustrating as they don't have time to answer the phone and wait on customers too. I was directed to the I45 location but after finally getting someone on the phone I had to go to the other location on Quality Blvd for paperwork, then back to I45. Find the mgr finally, unload the unit, then back to the home location and wait for the office personnel to return. My trip took several hours more than it should have but the staff... read more
Robin and Renee are very helpful and provided great service ...
Although Robin bounces between stores she still always has time to help me out regardless of what my issue is. She is definitely an asset to the company.
Though, there has been a transition between companies.. Robin and Renee have been so helpful. Thank you all for making us feel comfortable!
