Found this place completely by accident last year when I was moving to Texas from Ohio. Always looking for good BBQ and the road sign on I-40 was enough to get me to pull off onto exit 87. Imagine my surprise to find that it was a food truck! Best BBQ in Tennessee! The pulled pork sandwich is perfect! I like the hot BBQ and my wife says the sweet sauce is amazing, too.
