I had an awesome visit with Joshua and his staff today. As someone who owns their own BBQ business, it is always nice to visit another Pitmaster who gives 100% of his attention to his business! I had a full rack of ribs with baked beans and potato salad and it was awesome! I have been doing BBQ for nearly 30 years, but I told Joshua I can still learn a few things from him.
