Well I'm a bbq bologna freak and theirs is pretty dang good. Great thickness and tasty. The bbq was pulled and not chopped. Its mighty hard to disguise dry q when its pulled and theres wasn't dry at all and a pretty dang good portion n a bun or plate. Definitely a do over in my book.
I highly recommend the ribs, fall off the bone ribs! The staff, very friendly as well.
