We bought a 2017 Newmar Dutch Star today from I35 RV Center! Joe M was our salesman and he was beyond awesome! We have been looking at RV’s for a while! We went to many dealerships! We met some people, let’s say we’re not very nice! Joe was upfront with us about the coach. He responded to all of our many questions in a very timely manner. He was available for us even on his day off! If you looking for an awesome salesperson that won’t lie to you, Joe is your man!
Paul reached out to me about buying my rv, I told him I had someone interested in it, and I'd get back to him within a week to see if I wanted to let him sell it. We'll after a week I decided I wanted them to sell it. So I wrote him a message. He read it and didn't respond, so I waited a few more days and sent another message, he read it and didn't respond. Do not support this business. My best friend had a horrible experience with them. I will leave a screen shot of his story in the photos. Absolutely unacceptable.
We hunted and hunted for a good 2005-2009 coach. Dozens of lies, deception and outright greed later we found Steve here at I35 RV Center! He put us in a 2007 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40QSP and everyone there (I mean everyone from the sales to the guy who watches the property at night) was curteous and honest about what they had to offer. They made promises and delivered on every one of them.
Purchased our 2016 Redwood 39MB in February 2024, started using it in April 2024, so a little over 5 months. So far we've had to replace the toilet (overflows, peddle is broken), the thermostat (can't shut the AC off without flipping the breaker) and the dryer. They promised to replace the dryer motor when we purchased the RV and have it sent to our house. When we received it and scheduled an install, it was the wrong motor. We contacted the dealer and they refused to do anything about it. So we had to buy the correct motor ... read more
