I dropped my tiller off a couple weeks ago for a yearly tuneup. After cranking it up I found that it was not working properly so I called to complain. The lady said she would send out a couple guys to fix it so I would not have to bring it in. The two men (Jeff and Allen) not only fixed my tiller but looked at my tractor and made adjustments to help its performance as well.
