The best u-haul moving experience I have ever had. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The staff (Bess and Danielle) went above and beyond to make sure my u-haul rental experience went smooth. 5* for the staff and equipment. You guys rock! If you need a U-haul be sure to visit these guys. They will definitely take care of you!
Very happy with Interstate 12. They handled all the insurance issues. Job is first class, delivered ahead of schedule.
Bad faith business. They are holding my vehicle hostage and not working with me at all even though I was misdirected, lied to, and led on by their employee Lisa who i spoke with and trusted her as an advocate of their company all to find out that she was suddenly fired and nothing I was led to believe was true such as storage fees had not occurred yet but according to Danielle there were already over $2100 in storage fees and the owner refuses to work with me like trying to make straight profit from my vehicle sitting at his... read more
