I took my car in for an internal issue that I was told would be covered by warranty. Not only did they call and tell me they were charging me, but they were adding on fees that they had never mentioned over the phone when I was picking up my car. They claimed I had signed for these fees when I dropped it off and showed me the “signature.” My signature had been very obviously forged, and when I told them I did not sign for that nor was that my signature, they shredded the document and brought the fee down. If I could give 0 stars I would. Service department is absolutely terrible. I have given them multiple tries, thinking advisor was having a bad day or something. But unfortunately, that’s not the case. This time, I had to bring in my car due to a blown out tire and needing a new wheel. First thing the advisor asks is “ do you have an appointment “ after I’ve told her I’m headed that way due to a blown tire. Came in for my oil change and Alyssa was exceptionally kind. She genuinely seemed to care and be concerned about my front tire needing to be replaced due to a bubble on the side of it. Been going to a tire company for air and was never told about it when asked for them to check condition of tires. I even went to that tire company the morning of my appointment to get air checked before making the trip into the dealership and nothing was mentioned about the bulge and that everything looked fine! This place is horrible. Took the car in for a simple fix that would take a knowledgeable mechanic an hour tops to repair but took this place over a week. Only to get my vehicle back with more issues. Come to find out from another dealership the mechanic in Tyler dealership installed my part wrong messing other Issues up with my car. Don't go here for anything.
