I recently purchased a new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Patterson Hyundai Tyler. This morning, the car wouldn’t run. I contacted the dealership’s service department to report the issue, but they were less than helpful. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, including an extended warranty, they informed me that I would need to arrange transportation to their location at my own expense. Bought a car here 2 years ago, and it came with covered oil changes for the first 3 years, I’ve asked them every single oil change to rotate my tires and have the documentation/receipts that they supposedly did it. Had to get two new tires today at another place and they said it looks like my tires have never been rotated. Go elsewhere, won’t be finishing up my oil changes or anything else here. Will be submitting a charge to them for my $430 tires or they’ll be hearing from my lawyer.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING! TRY OTHER OPTIONS! Dealership prices are going to be more expensive no matter where you go, however here at Hyundai, their extortion model is insane. Need a simple key fob? This service center will tell you it is $450, then charge over $600 for the replacement! At first I thought it was a joke or was being scammed.
