This place is horrible. Took the car in for a simple fix that would take a knowledgeable mechanic an hour tops to repair but took this place over a week. Only to get my vehicle back with more issues. Come to find out from another dealership the mechanic in Tyler dealership installed my part wrong messing other Issues up with my car. Don't go here for anything. I recently purchased a new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Patterson Hyundai Tyler. This morning, the car wouldn’t run. I contacted the dealership’s service department to report the issue, but they were less than helpful. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, including an extended warranty, they informed me that I would need to arrange transportation to their location at my own expense. Bought a car here 2 years ago, and it came with covered oil changes for the first 3 years, I’ve asked them every single oil change to rotate my tires and have the documentation/receipts that they supposedly did it. Had to get two new tires today at another place and they said it looks like my tires have never been rotated. Go elsewhere, won’t be finishing up my oil changes or anything else here. Will be submitting a charge to them for my $430 tires or they’ll be hearing from my lawyer.
