Always friendly. I appreciate they keep you updated. Even though they were very busy the wait was reasonable.

While I am always happy with the service here, this time Dayton Wong and his team went above and beyond in their service of my vehicle. No other shop would have provided the level of service they did, for the price I paid. The real problem with my vehicle took quite a while to sort out, but they didn't stop digging until they found it, and fixed it! They did an amazing job and I would always recommend Dick Hannah of Hyundai for both sales and service!
My on-board charger failed and Hyundai was able to repair it whilst my Dealer provided a loaner. I was contacted by Hyundai support teams to see how the service was progressing as the part was in short supply. Bottom line, they were able to deliver sooner than expected and got me on the road a week earlier. Communications were good and execution great, so I am back to enjoying my Ioniq 5 EV.
As always the service techs @ Dick Hannah Hyundai are AWESOME! Took my Kona in for service, Jordan hooked me up with loaner car, and coordinated with her service team and got everything taken care'd of. You guys are a well oiled machine. Thanks.
