Very pleasant, I believe the person who helped me was named Christian. I’m not sure, but he was very pleasant And they were done with doing my service within an hour. He explained when my next service was due and how much approximately it’s going to cost, mileage and everything and I just appreciated that. I left feeling confident all was well with my car and it was
We dropped our car off in the morning for them to tell us at the end of the day they couldnt get to it. The next time we brought it in the same thing happened. Poor communication amongst managers and impossible to get updates when we called and asked. Took us 2 and a half business days to get a diagnostic.
