Was disappointed in the service. Recommended a filter change. Generally I would say sure, however they couldn't show me what it looked like. No pictures, or nothing. Would like to mention the vehicle only has 4 thousand miles on it. Kinda feel like they are cheats.
Your staff (Mekkonen) IS your greatest asset. He was tireless making sure each customer feels valued, appreciated and informed. I only drove a few miles back home, but I could hear the difference the repair work made. (Kudos to the repair staff also). Because of them, l will return for future repairs/ maintenance.
Josiah was our main contact and did a fantastic job. He helped us throughout the lease process, being patient, flexible, very informative, and friendly. Nobody was trying to “sell” us. He followed our lead with the lease purchase. He arranged appointments, managed reminders and updates, followed up after we acquired the vehicle, and actually saved us in the midst of a fraudulent accidental credit check. After buying Teslas and recently a Rivian I much prefer the no dealer buying experience. We were shopping for another electric car and picked the Ionic 5 because we have one already and we’ve loved it. After spending day visiting several dealers I went home sickened by the high pressure sales tactics.
