Had my new Kia Rio oil service and tire rotation done. they completed the service under an hour. Nice service wait room. The price was resonable. A good experience.
Worst. If i could give 0 stars i would.Had to have a new engine put in my car. It was covered by warranty. Not to mention they had to do the replacement with a lifetime warranty because it was a year model that had a defective engine. The engine gets replaced gives me a lifetime warranty. All good. 16 hours later my check engine light is on, I can smell gas so bad you. So I'm now stranded with my 3 and 4-year-old at 8 pm. Look under the hood. My recent visit to the Hyundai Car Service Center turned out to be a revolting ride I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy's clunker. The staff seemed to have skipped the basics of customer service, leaving me feeling like a crash test dummy with no assistance or care. The state of the facilities was shockingly grim, with greasy floors and a lingering stench that made me question if I had stumbled into a junkyard.
