Left my 2016 Tuscon with the service team for two weeks after describing an issue with the steering column. I knew that the brakes, windshield, a headlight, and a taillight needed to be replaced as well. I was expecting to spend a lot of money on all those things plus whatever was wrong with the steering. When I arrived to pick it up, I walked out and the taillight was still out. This worried me so I drove it around the block to feel the steering. Still had the exact same issue. I had a wonderful experience! Jess and Joey were the best! They were professional and kind. This was my first time buying a car and they really did put my wants first and I left feeling confident with my dream car. I was nervous at first, but ultimately I didn’t feel pressured, nor were my financial needs ignored when making the final decision. All of my questions were answered. No tricks or small funny print. I would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex Flores at Hyundai Santa Monica Service. I’m in my 20s and honestly don’t know much about cars, which usually makes taking mine in a stressful experience.
