I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this dealership due to dishonest and misleading practices. I came in with my own approved lender, made that clear from the start, and was repeatedly told it wouldn’t be an issue. That turned out to be completely untrue. Should be 10 stars for Kai. Have braced myself for months because I can’t stand the onslaught of salespeople at dealerships. After experiencing that today with another dealership, I didn’t even want to go to Hyundai until next week. But Kai couldn’t have made the experince better.
