My brand new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid that I purchased a month ago randomly wouldn’t start on Tuesday, 5/26, and has been sitting at the service center for NINE DAYS. We have not received a status update since Saturday, 5/30 or in FIVE days. Every time we call we get told that our Technician is busy but will call us back, which doesn’t happen. I visited Hyundai Santa Monica after making three phone calls and spending over 40 minutes on hold trying to get a simple answer about what benefits were included in my lease. I was repeatedly transferred between the sales and service departments, and no one seemed able to help. When I came in person, I explained that I wasn't looking for guesses or opinions.
