Great experience negotiating with Evie and the team here on my Ioniq 5 lease. Had fun negotiating with the finance team as well. Overall a great experience as a first time leasee. Update a year later—Ricardo from the financing team is fantastic and so customer service oriented. I needed some help with the lease a year later and he was so responsive.

On the last day of the $7500 price reduction my friend found my new leased Ioniq 5 at Santa Monica Hyundai- within a couple hours all details were completed and the car drive off the lot! They’re efficient and wonderful to work with
