Slow check in (sat there for over 10 mins when arrived at scheduled time), no courtesy vehicle available at time (or in advance while waiting for part despite needing to keep it for at least full day, maybe two) on 6mth old ($78k) vehicle with defective sunroof - part to replace will take weeks to months. Nick was great. Kept me informed. The only reason why not 5 stars is zero fault of Nicks. It’s management at service/dealership. No refreshment or beverages. Seating is also very uncomfortable.
Great experience working with Nick to get a problem fixed that two other mechanics could not get right. He got our Hyundai working great again.
Excellent care by service representative. Tatum was responsive to all concerns and insured that work was completed in a timely manner.
