Found a great 2 year old Venue, at a fair price at this dealer. Have only had it for less than a week, and fully enjoy the ride. Salesman Nathan was outstanding! Friendly, highly knowledgeable, took his time, offered the extras that all car salesman do, but without being pushy whatsoever. Me and my partner had an amazing time getting a new car here! After a bad experience with another local dealership I was skeptical about visiting another one in the valley but Im glad I did! At no point in time did I ever feel pressured when looking at other cars and they were respectful when I told them my budget and limits. Ill be recommending this place to anyone looking for a new car in the valley.
Service department is great! I always get a nothing-hidden cost breakdown, and they make sure to check with me before doing anything extra. I always get my vehicle back cleaner than before, and my seat is where I left it. 10/10 would recommend. Best dealership I’ve dealt with for repairs. 🙌 Sales side is informative, friendly, and helpful. They’ve got your back to get you the right car!
I truly wish I could leave a negative review for this company. If you're considering purchasing a Hyundai, I strongly recommend doing thorough research first. A simple search for "Hyundai class action lawsuits" or information on the number of engine replacements in Canada will give you serious pause.
