Went in for a wheel alignment and an oil change on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. I specifically requested a certain technician, but nobody told me when I arrived that he no longer works there—he quit back in June. On top of that, they had the wrong year listed on my work order—they had my truck down as a 2013 Dodge Ram.
