I’m starting to wonder if this is a very good dealership to have your car worked on. I had it in the shop for a lot of work in March and April 2026, and it took quite a beating. They broke the back bumper and put a dent in the front end right under the grill and a big scratch on the hood of my car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Where do I start? I went with my daughter to buy a used car at the Fairfield location in August. 1. She made an appointment with a salesperson to see a specific vehicle. Although she called the afternoon before to make sure the vehicle she was interested in was still there, and was told it WAS STILL THERE, we showed up for the appointment to be told it had sold, “conveniently,” the night before. 2. Terrible service—misdiagnosed my car and won’t even own up to their mistakes.
Just bought a car from the dealership, salesmen and women are amazing and work really hard and are currently doing a final inspection after we bought the car and it’s taking forever we have been waiting for this inspection for 2 hours atp they said they would replace brakes but it’s been an hour and a half since they said that and then they went on a lunch break while we are waiting for this to be done so we can get out of here and drive our brand new car.
Be cautious when buying parts using Apple Pay at the parts department. They don’t issue refunds back to your card due to some internal system issues. They promised to send a check instead, but it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received it!
