Hyundai cars are of abysmal quality. The moment the first breakdown occurs, they refuse to honor the warranty you end up having to take them to court. They denied my request to repaint a defective part and to fix a vibration issue. You are better off not getting involved with this company.
This service center refused to address the factory paint defects on my new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. Furthermore, my new vehicle suffers from a defect—specifically, a vibration in the front end that the service center simply cannot seem to diagnose. The fact that I experience a recurring vibration in a brand-new vehicle doesn’t seem to trouble anyone. Came in to finance a pre owned vehicle met with a salesman names Austin man helped me with the whole process and answered all my questions I had on the vehicle putting me into a reliable ride really felt comfortable through the whole experience at this place would definitely come back again!
Two hours for an oil change. They didn't top off my fluids or wash my car as promised. I wonder what else they missed. I'm going back to Gettle Hyundai where at least it took only 45 minuets to correctly service my car.
