This service center refused to address the factory paint defects on my new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. Furthermore, my new vehicle suffers from a defect—specifically, a vibration in the front end that the service center simply cannot seem to diagnose. Came in to finance a pre owned vehicle met with a salesman names Austin man helped me with the whole process and answered all my questions I had on the vehicle putting me into a reliable ride really felt comfortable through the whole experience at this place would definitely come back again!
Two hours for an oil change. They didn't top off my fluids or wash my car as promised. I wonder what else they missed. I'm going back to Gettle Hyundai where at least it took only 45 minuets to correctly service my car.
I had a very poor and concerning service experience with Hyundai of Venice, and I am posting this review so other customers are aware. In October 2024, Hyundai of Venice performed an intake manifold gasket repair on my 2012 Hyundai Tucson. That repair required multiple return visits because issues were not resolved properly the first time, which was already frustrating and time-consuming.
