I am giving them a 5 star review only for their customer service agent, Tracy Lambert! She has made the service experience so smooth, is very friendly & knowledgeable, & most importantly is an effective communicator! She truly goes above & beyond for her clients! She even helped me on her day off!!! She is a HUGE asset to the Hyundai Venice team because I have had to deal with a couple other people that weren’t as effective!
Our Salesman Tim was great. Very patient and not pushy. Even after running numbers we looked at another 3 cars before making decision. Showed us features. Happy with new car.
Hyundai cars are of poor quality. This service center refused to fulfill its warranty obligations. Stay away from this place.
Hyundai cars are of abysmal quality. The moment the first breakdown occurs, they refuse to honor the warranty you end up having to take them to court. They denied my request to repaint a defective part and to fix a vibration issue. You are better off not getting involved with this company.
This service center refused to address the factory paint defects on my new 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. Furthermore, my new vehicle suffers from a defect—specifically, a vibration in the front end that the service center simply cannot seem to diagnose. The fact that I experience a recurring vibration in a brand-new vehicle doesn’t seem to trouble anyone.
