In the past i have always had no issues with service except for the terrible over priced repairs , but i paid it each time an took my car home without saying anything. I just had service on my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. The service rep was Dylan. Dylan was courteous and went above and beyond for me and it is very appreciated. Will definitely be coming back for all my Sonata's needs!
If i could give a 0 stars review i would. the service department manager Ryan is a liar and very rude to customers. how u gonna tell a customer to not come back when asked why the car came back in worst shape than what it was dropped off in? then he gets mad because u called him out on it. He also had us do an insurance claim and charged our insurance over $5000 for the front detection camera to be replaced because it failed and here to find out it shoulda been claimed through our warranty. Ryan at the service depart at Hyundai in Streetsboro is the rudest service manager i have ever delt with. i have had nothing but issues with my car and after i took it in again they gave it back in worse condition than when i took it to them then he had the nerve to tell us never to come back after i called him out on his lies. and why buy a warranty when Ryan doesnt ever use it and then has us do an insurance claim for something that was covered under the warranty and then bill our insurance 4 different times and charged ou... read more
Is Southwest Hyundai having financial problems. They stole $1000 on my trade. They gave me no hard copy on the closing paperwork. If they had, I would have found that they cheated me.

Alex Esquivel at Southwest Hyundai initially was patient and knowledgeable until he stole $1000 from in my trade for a new Tucson. I told him I would trade if I got $19000 for my car. He made me believe that I was getting that much. I TRUSTED HIM! He made me believe that I was getting the price. They did not furnish me with a hard copy to see the figures. Alex Esquivel cheated me out of a $1000. Pretended that I got what I asked for my trade but didn't give it to me. No transparency whatsoever. Didn't furnish a hard copy of the closing costs. They put it on a computer key and I couldn't see any of the documents until I got home. That's when I discovered they had cheated me. Crooked and backed up by his boss Antonio Galagos. UNETHICAL Stay away from this crooked dealership!
