Update 5-17-2026. What should I call this. Well things have changed with new staff and new family. (New way of thinking?) I mean this family was so scarce I didn't even get the sales mans name. I love the customer service I have always received. Today things didn't go as well. I don't think an oil change should take over 2 1/2 hours. I made the appointment the day before. In the past I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I know they can do better.
Purchased a vehicle on 29 January 2026 as of today I have been unable to register or license the vehicle in Missouri due to the paperwork. Also when I call I’m put on hold or if I due get through I can only talk with a receptionist. I believe that I have been very patient with the company but I’m worried that if I don’t register soon I may be fined by Missouri
