Not sure who is running the service department and Hyundai of Pharr but they sure DON’T know what they are doing. It looks like the rookies don’t care about their job or they aren’t being trained properly. My daughter took her vehicle in for an oil change and they over filled the motor with oil. So much that it is even flowing into the spark plugs. There are oil stains all over when I picked up the hood.
