Update: 101 days & still getting the run around. Was 2nd in line to get my car worked on & 25 days later I am "ABOUT 4th" now. Yes....About. I asked why to show me my place in line in writing for my records & they hung up. This has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Call and make a reservation to get a diagnostic test. Told me $ 175 when I get there, the quoted me $525.Got denied recall/exteneded warranty work, cause a certain recall wasn’t performed beforehand, yet never received any notice to get the recall done.. I feel I got Raped by Hyundai of Pharr.. add on I just Review my motor, the engine cover, was laying on top unsecured, the bolts of engine coils were left off and the coils were loose. When for an oil change and tire rotation leave and see that my tires were not rotated due tired that I got patched a few days before was in the same place, lady in customer service was rude.
