I've taken my car there car oil changes, and unfortunately, I cannot trust that the additional service they recommend is truthful. It started with our sales experience which was the typical funnel towards the car they want to sell us. We had a set price through Costco, which helped. But after the sale we found it was a bunch of little things the salesperson "got wrong." Set up a test drive the day before and when I get there the next day, no one knew I was coming (the person I set it up with wasn't there). The one car they had that matched what I wanted to drive was inside the showroom and they wouldn't get it out for me. When I complained that I had set up a test drive in advance, the salesperson shrugged and said, "You didn't set it up with me."
