Horrible customer service when taking my car in for an extended warranty and diagnostic testing. Got there at 8:45 drop the car off heard back at 10 that they needed approval for stuff so I approved only 1 item because the other stuff didn't need to be done. We'll we went shopping cause we live over an hour and a half away got back to them at 12:30 and went to ask about the car and they said they were working on it but didn't know how much longer and they'd call me.
