If I could give a negative, I would. I took my LITHIA Honda car in after going through their automated scheduling service for my appointment at 4:15 pm on a Friday. The man who was at the counter told me that I cannot take my car in after 4 pm even though their automated scheduling service scheduled my appointment. He was reluctant to even check me in.
