Staff were friendly, great, serviced my car and spotted another issue which was brought to my attention and addressed promptly!
I took my 2025 Hyaundi Santa Fe in for an issue that wasn't throwing any codes so I knew that could be hard to diagnose. They had my vechile around a month or more and said they fixed it. I got the vechile back and not 5min down the road it was doing the same thing. The problem is still there and appears to be worse at times so I took it back and NOTHING! Service dept is TERRIBLE! They mess up something and refuse to take responsibility and have the nerve to quote you an outrageous price to fix what they’ve messed up! None of them treat you like a customer, talk to you like a customer they speak to you very Nasty!!! You go to the higher ups and it’s even WORSE from Dustin to Cody (GM) to the owner Adam Huff. Nice enough people but my car was in worse shape when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. In the six years I've owned it, it has never missfired. Took it in to replace a sensor and get a tune up with new spark plugs. No mention of any codes failing. When I left it was missfiring as soon as I drove away. Took it back a day later and now they say they are getting a code for a failing catalytic converter.
